Driver's Split on the Fly

A way to do on the fly weighting of trips. Many situations, especially hand offs between cycles and vehicles, require a weighting be determined given the situation. 50/50 or 70/30 or whatever shouldn't be set in stone. Perhaps a drop down menu in Trip Viewer where both drivers associated with the trip are present and a selectable percentage.

Being able to selectively print invoices. Perhaps a tick box in Account Entry which would indicate whether a client's invoice needs to added to the "bulk invoicing" report for printing. This would avoid duplicating invoice delivery for a client that retrieves their invoice on line.

Customizable Driver Window on Blackberry

Driver window should have same drop down menu as on the right top corner of the dispatch window for the option of not having certain categories on screen as people dispatch with different styles. Also these changes should remain for each user even when they log out.. you can start with the dispatch screen holding changes it seems now that the dispatch screen resets each time you log in

Warning in Trip Entry if you forget to Update Job

a warning in trip entry to update a job. When entering a new trip in trip entry if you forget to update the job and instead select new trip you lose the previous job. Perhaps a warning "do you want to update the current job?"

The ability to have subtotals by client reference on invoices. My clients often need to have their jobs grouped together with a total for a particular billing reference, and then a final total for the whole invoice at the end.

Toogle Thru Jobs

It would be great to be able to toggle thru jobs... for example i search jobs and then want to go thru jobs without closing window each time...

Reporting Features for Clients and Drivers

I'd like to see more robust reporting feature for clients.

Currently clients can search their invoices and statements. But it would be really great if clients also could search trips in the current billing period. This would eliminate the need for sending clients daily or weekly reports of service. Instead they could go log in and see their work for any time period. Something not unlike the driver payroll screen, but looking more like the General Report of Services.

In the same vein, why not give drivers access to a similar reporting feature. Once logged in to ids.net there's no reason they shouldn't be able to search their trips for any given period. This would eliminate providing drivers with daily settlement detail reports.

A "count down" clock determined by service type. The way we do it now, or used to do it I should say, is this: when, say, a 15 minute job is booked the trip appears to dispatch with a 15:00 in one of the fields. This counts down in 1 minute intervals to zero, even going negative for overdue jobs. This clock appears in both dispatch and driver screens

Change Due By Field to 5 min Intervals

The "due by" field is currently configured in 1/2 hour increments. This needs to be at minimum, say, 5 minute intervals if not completely customizable. When dealing with 15 minute and 30 minute service types the 1/2 hour increment is too long. Ideally the "due by" time would be set automatically from whenever the job is placed dependent on the service type, i.e. a 30 minute bike job placed @ 14:18 would automatically calculate a "due by" time of 14:48

Again, this would greatly reduce having dispatch double click the trip to open it up

Being able to dictate what info dispatch sees in the pop window would reduce double clicking on trips tremendously. Specifically we'd love dispatch to be able to see the "name" fields in pick up and delivery, as well as the first, say, 20 characters of the pick up notes.
